Viscotek DSV - ARV Software

ARV software for the Viscotek DSVARV (Automated Relative Viscosity) is a powerful software package designed to both control and acquire/process data from the Viscotek DSV systems. Through a series of unique and key features, ARV helps maximize the information from your dilute solution viscosity system:

  • Data reports - selectable formats for relative, intrinsic, inherent, specific and absolute viscosities.

  • Automation - supports all required devices such as a balance, syringe pump(s), valve actuator(s) and an autosampler.

  • Run queue - allows urgent samples to be inserted at the top of the queue without disturbing remaining samples.

  • Correlation routine - plots the correlation of data collected under different experimental conditions such as varying solvents, concentrations and temperatures.

  • Unattended runs - performs automatic calculations, runs the viscometer and shuts off solvent flow when the run is complete.

  • QC menu option - simplified menus allow new users to acquire data and produce results with minimum training.

  • Huggins / Kraemer Graphs - allows data to be plotted using Huggins/Kramer equations. Display includes the coefficients for both routines.

  • In addition, features like online help plus the Microsoft Office look and feel help make ARV intuitive and easy to use.
