Hydro SM consumables
Regular replacement of tubing, windows other components will help to ensure that optimum measurement results are always obtained and will help to minimize service costs.
This page details the consumables available for the Hydro 2000SM and provides additional information on when and why these parts should be replaced.
Parts available:
Cell windows and seals (PMW4015) The cell windows are critical components of the Mastersizer and need to be kept clean and scratch free. Part PMW4015 provides a replacement pair of cell windows and Viton Seals that can be used on all Mastersizer Wet Dispersion Cells (excluding the Hydro 2000µP).
Quality Audit Standard (QAS3001B) QAS are pre-prepared bottles of sample that can be used to check that your Mastersizer is measuring at optimum capacity. Each bottle contains a single shot of sample to simplify its use. QAS3001B provides a pack of 10 single shot bottles.
Hydro 2000SM Consumable kit (AWM4007) The consumable kit is a handy way to buy your consumables. This kit contains everything you should need to keep your Mastersizer functioning correctly. The kit contains; spare windows, window seals, QAS standards, sample tubing and more.
Sample tubing (AWA4018) The sample tubing that connects the dispersion unit to flow cell should be kept clean at all times. AWA4018 contains a 50 foot reel of replacement tubing.
Solvent resistant window seals(AWA4071) Replacement set of Perlast solvent resistant (Solvent Resistance Code A) window seals for the Hydro 2000SM and Hydro 2000S measurement cells.
