Mastersizer 2000 - the reference laboratory solution The Mastersizer 2000 is an easy-to-use practical solution for laser diffraction particle size analysis within the laboratory environment. Capable of measuring over an extremely wide size range it can reproducibly analyze samples taken throughout the cement production process, from clinker and raw mix through to products with a high fines content.
Typical applications: development of new materials/product understanding, QC and troubleshooting.
Capable of measuring samples in excess of 150 g, the Insitec Cement LabSizer delivers great performance to the plant operator. Analysis is simple and maintenance minimal. A modular design makes this system ideal for integration with partner solutions and/or for use in an automated laboratory.
