Multifunctional environmental controllers

Plug and play cartridges include design features for maximum measurement functionality. Interchangeable lower plates allow you to easily customize geometry requirements for your samples. All thermal systems modelled and optimized for temperature stability, ramp performance and minimized thermal gradients.

Fully flexible control of key rheometer functions

Kinexus provides independent configuration and control of the three critical rheometer functions: Motor system (rotational control of torque, speed and position); Gap and normal force system; Temperature system. Combine control of these functions in any way you want for the ultimate in test flexibility.

New motor drive optimized for torque range, efficiency, inertia and the fastest transient responses. Unsurpassed air bearing technology for minimum torque bias. Designed without compromising system compliance for assurance of reliable rheological data from low viscosity liquids to high modulus solids.

Exclusive to Kinexus platform is an adaptive bearing design that automatically configures for optimal operation depending on your measurement range, to minimize data corrections and maximise robustness for all rheometer operations. Exceptional low torque performance with the widest, continuous dynamic range available.

Unprecedented vertical travel capabilities

Widest vertical travel range for maximum user access and flexibility of test set-up; 230mm between end stops; 0.1µm gap resolution over complete range. Ultra-fast and fully controllable vertical profiles allowing complete configuration of sample loading and axial test capabilities; velocity range 35mm/s to 0.1µm/s.

Ultra-responsive and highly sensitive normal force

High sensitivity and rapid response times from a novel strain gauge design. More controllable and reactive system designed for optimum sample loading and capturing true material responses, from sensitive structures to rapid curing systems to materials with critical strain history.

Complete approach to critical data acquisition

Complete sample history available from the point of loading to unloading - ensure consistent and reproducible sample loading and hence reliable rheological data for your samples. Ultra-fast and constant streaming data update rate of 5kHz for all instrument variables as standard, including gap and normal force.

Robust, open frame design optimizes user interactions
