Malvern Instruments’ Spraytec is a laser diffraction particle size system specifically designed to address the unique requirements of aerosol and spray droplet characterization across a wide range of industries and applications. Accessories

A range of accessories is available for use with the Spraytec system these further enhance the measurement capability of the instrument.

Accessories for Nasal Spray Testing: The Spraytec Nasal Spray System (NSS) is intended to help users in the pharmaceutical industry meet FDA recommendations for the testing of nasal sprays and aerosols.

Inhaler and nebuliser testing: The Spraytec's unique Inhalation Cell enables the rapid characterization of pharmaceutical inhalers and nebulisers.

Aerosol Mount: Enables to accurate positioning of aerosols and sprays relative to the Spraytec measurement zone.

Purge System: Designed to enable continuous operation of the Spraytec without spray droplet contamination when measuring extremely wide spray plumes.

Wet Dispersion Accessory: Enables the measurement of powders, suspensions and emulsions using the Spraytec system.

Extraction Systems: HEPA rated extraction systems to reduce the risk of operator exposure to the spray for laboratory spray measurements.
